Shipping policy
Dispatch times
Orders placed and paid before 2 PM AEST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends/public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
Rates
- Orders under $500: $25 flat-rate tracked express.
- Orders over $500: FREE shipping — applied automatically at checkout.
- International: Tracked airmail (5–14 business days) — quoted in your WhatsApp confirmation.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch, via WhatsApp or email.
Customs
The buyer is responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or compliance with local regulations. Please check legality in your country before ordering.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours with photos. We'll either resend or refund at our discretion.
Returns
Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns once a vial has been shipped, unless it is defective or mislabelled. In those cases we offer a free replacement or full refund.
